OWNERS

After more than 23 years of dedication to his manufacturing employer, Eric Lindsey chose to leave behind shift work and join the Project One Roofing family in search of a family‑friendly work‑life balance. Eric has had a front‑row seat to his brother‑in‑law Shiloh Childress’s success with Project One Roofing, so it was not a difficult decision to say yes when Shiloh decided to expand into the Central Texas area. Eric is no stranger to roofing, having worked with a prominent Bosque County home builder framing and roofing homes while in college. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Ginger, and together they have raised two boys in their hometown of Clifton.
