Initial Consultation
To set the repair process in motion, you'll need to initiate the process by giving our team a call! We will designate a P1 Project Manager to you and they will guide you through the entire process.
Detailed Inspection
Every section of your home's roof and exterior will be inspected thoroughly for any damage. It's not uncommon to find significant but overlooked damage, even on roofs that look fine from the ground.
Detailed Review
Once we understand what work needs to be done on your roof, your P1 Project Manager will meet with you to review the project scope, look over the financials, and get your approval to start the job.
Job Completion
Your roof replacement will be performed according to what we've discussed, normally within a day, in order to minimize disruption to your home. We leave your property as we found it, including loose nails with a magnet.

We had multiple layers of old shingle sloughing off our roof and they removed it all - HUGE mess of course (and they were even cautious of what we cared about that was right under the roofline). What's the best shingle?
There are many great shingle manufacturers and shingle lines! Our project managers will present different options to you during this process to determine what shingles will work best for your home. We work with several different manufacturers including Certainteed, GAF, Owens Corning, Malarkey, Tamko and IKO.
Do I have to pay my deductible?
Yes! Waving or “eating” deductibles is insurance fraud, and you should dismiss any company that offers to do so.
What kind of damage do you look for?
We are looking for any potential issues that could cause problems and any damage that might be the source of active leaks. These issues could be storm damage, age, or even the effects of poor installation (for example, poor ventilation causing premature wear).
Why is the inspection so important?
We need to inspect the current condition and report our findings, good or bad, to the customer. This allows the customer to make informed decisions on roof replacements and when they may be in the market to sell their home or change insurance companies. It is difficult to make any determinations from ground level.
