Initial Consultation
To set the repair process in motion, you'll need to initiate the process by giving our team a call! We will designate a P1 Project Manager to you and they will guide you through the entire process.
Detailed Inspection
Every section of your home's roof and exterior will be inspected thoroughly for any damage. It's not uncommon to find significant but overlooked damage, even on roofs that look fine from the ground.
Detailed Review
Once we understand what work needs to be done on your roof, your P1 Project Manager will meet with you to review the project scope, look over the financials, and get your approval to start the job.
Job Completion
Your roof replacement will be performed according to what we've discussed, normally within a day, in order to minimize disruption to your home. We leave your property as we found it, including loose nails with a magnet.

Preston Miller came out after the storm of 2-11-24 tore up the roof. The first insurance adjuster did an incomplete assessment, and the claim was denied. Preston and the people at Project One got in touch with the insurance and they re-inspected the roof, totally different outcome. The roof was fully covered for replacement. Brandon at Project One saved the day when we had heavy rain that leaked into my office. He came to my work super fast and placed a temp fix over the leaking area until we could get the repairs approved by my corporate office. Once approved Brandon and his guy came to my work and fixed the issues. They were fast, and didn’t leave any evidence that they were even there except for the fact that I don’t have water coming into my office. If you need to have repairs or a whole new roof then give Project One a call! Tell them that you saw this review and figured if Brandon helped me, the he must be the guy to help you too. If you are looking for a roofing company that under promises and over delivers, then Project One Roofing is the one you should call. They arrived on time and started working right away. They completely cleaned the area when the job was completed. Initially I was told the job would take two days to complete. They were done in a day and a half. Chelsey, the project manager was always available when I had a question. I am very pleased with the entire process.

We recently had our shingles changed out by Project One of Longview TX. It was very much hassle free from the very start of the process to the end. The first young man we encountered (Hunter Millican) checked our roof and determined we had enough damage that we could file a claim with our insurance. The insurance company did not agree but Hunter and his team were able to get it approved. Before getting started Hunter explained the process very well and he then stayed on site as the Project Manager the whole time the work was being done.The crew did a very good job! Roof looks great! A couple minor things were damaged and Project One had each item completely replaced with new. (I say this because things are going to happen, no job is perfect, and they understand this and had no problem fixing it.)We would have no problem referring Project One! A very good company to do business with.

How long does it take to put on a new roof?
The duration of roof replacement depends on the complexity and size of your project. For average homes, we can be in and out in 1-2 days.
I’m concerned about my yard and nails left in it. How messy is getting a new roof?
The re-roofing process can be messy as the old shingles, underlayment, and nails often break down into small pieces as they are removed. We take pride in leaving your home better than we found it. We utilize a home protection system to limit the transference of debris to your yard and landscaping. Its impossible to guarantee that we won’t leave a single nail behind, but we take all the steps necessary to give you peace of mind and a clean property.
What if it rains during installation?
As we schedule projects, we are planning around known and potential inclement weather threats. If the threat of rain grows to unacceptable levels, we will pause until the weather clears. If there is a surprise shower, as can occasionally occur in East Texas, we are prepared with tarps and coverings to protect your property as necessary.
