Decided to give them a shot since they came so highly recommended. They came and looked around on the 29th, sent me a message the next day saying my estimate was "in review." That's been 10 days ago and haven't heard another word. Needless to say, I've decided to go with a different company.

I can not express how appreciative and lucky I am, that Preston Miller from Project One, came by my house to talk about my roof needing replaced. He is the reason I went with them, he is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and made the entire experience stress less. But not only does Project One have people like Preston, but there roofers are phenomenal. It’s night and day from how my home looked. The roofers showed up and finished the job when it was told to me they would, and you wouldn’t know they were even there cause the site was cleaned up. I can’t say enough how thankful I am that I went with Project One, would recommend them to anyone.

When the big hail storm came and beat up not only our cars. But also our home, we needed a new roof. A good friend of ours suggested we give project one a call. Project One replaced our roof & gutters from a hail storm earlier this year. They worked with our insurance and made the process smooth and easy! Hardest decision for us was picking shingle color. Definitely recommend for anyone needing to have their roof looked at or replaced!

Chelsea Dunn and project one roofing are the worst for 3 reasons 1st they didn't want to roof my shed although it was in the insurance estimate 2nd when tearing off my roof the poked holes in my gutters that I had to repair myself 3rd they added painting to the insurance claim but on the final receipt they stated it was my responsibility but they kept the money..

Great job by Project One on our new roof. They completed the job in one day and were completely professional and helpful throughout the project. Jeremy Keen was extremely helpful. He did an excellent job of guiding us through the entire process from inspection all the way through to completion of the roof. He was onsite throughout the day in case we needed anything. Chelsea Dunn and project one roofing suck. Started out not wanting to roof my shed but it was written in the insurance quote... then I discovered they poke holes in my gutters with their tear off shovels that i had to repair myself.. the last straw was adding painting to the estimate to receive more money and stating in final contract that it was homeowner responsibility although they took all the money for it... don't use them they are crooked and poor craftsmanship...

From top to bottom, this bunch is professional, helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, informative, and reasonable. This was my first roof replacement and from the start, they were my advocate with the insurance company and shepherded me through the process with a helpful attitude. And, unlike literally all of my neighbors, my claim from the February hailstorm was approved by insurance and I'm convinced it was because of the skill & experience of the people from Project One, specifically Ryan Moore. He was more than an owner, he was a "hands-on" participant from the very beginning and was always accessible. His “can-do" attitude permeated everyone at Project One’s interaction with me. His on-site guys Preston & Zach, communicated effectively and often, and they quickly and efficiently ironed out any bumps along the way. The crew that actually replaced the roof, led by Leo, was very conscientious, skilled, and responsive - true professionals (all the way down to spending a TON of time on cleanup after the job) The office staff I dealt with, Hailey and Meredith, were positive, engaging, and seemingly hell-bent on making sure my experience was good and that everyone stayed on the same page. Bottom Line: As an organization, Project One behaved like they prioritized helping me and getting our family through the roof replacement process above everything else, realizing that the business/money part would take care of itself. I cannot say enough good things about every aspect of Project One. Note: I am NOT on their payroll, nor am I related to anyone on staff - I'm just an East Texas consumer who believes it’s important to support businesses who "get it". Highest Recommendation.

He worked with our insurance company, and even recommended a better company and what kind of roof coverage is best. We never felt pressured into any decisions. Dan and Ryan (Mickey) managed our roof replacement and did a great job of educating us about the insurance and work process. They kept us informed with any changes and oversaw the work. We had an issue with one of the subcontractors but Dan followed up with them and had it corrected. He even came out on a weekend to check back on their work. Thanks for a job well done!

After that hail storm in February Richard Davis from Project One Roofing came by and was great. He did an inspection of our roof. And when I say Inspection I don’t mean he walked up a ladder and back down and said we need a roof. He actually went on the roof and spent time looking and making sure we had damage and if replacement was needed. After letting me know we would need a roof he was very Informative with the process and how to move forward with the insurance company. Richard was in contact with us letting us know when the crew would be out. The crew was out around 2:00 one afternoon and finished around 6 the next day. They worked hard and when they were done they cleaned up extremely well, taking extra care to make sure they triple checked the grounds because they knew we had a toddler and didn’t want him to get hurt by anything. Project One is a class act in my book and will, and do, recommend them to anyone and everyone I can. From start to finish they get an A++

We worked with Ted Long from Project One®Roofing. He was extremely knowledgeable explaining why we needed a new roof, where the water leak was located, coordinated indoor repairs, and explained modern improvement options he recommended. The new roof went up fast and looks great. The roofers were very nice and everything was cleaned nicely after each workday. No nails laying around. The claim was submitted to the insurance company and everything went super smooth. Ted followed up closely to make sure we were satisfied with everything (which we were and still are)!
