Project one did a great job on our roof, efficient, friendly, always responded when I had a question. Working with this company was a breeze, and I would recommend them to anyone in the area. We decided to go with the higher rated roof tiles for insurance discounts, about 100 less a month. The gutter guys that Project One had come out did a great job installing, and both roofers and gutter guys cleaned up very well, not one nail anywhere.

My husband and I are very happy with the new metal roof that Project One installed on our home! Jeremy Keen was our Project Manager and he, and his team, were awesome from start to finish. We have had so many compliments on our roof. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company.

Jonathan King was supposed to come back and fix the gutters that were never installed. He gave me his word, and I never heard from him again! He obviously didn't care that I have water running down the bricks of my house now!

After the recent hailstorm in our area, we had about a dozen roofing companies knock on our door. Project One made us feel the most comfortable and took the time to explain the options we had. They are courteous, patient, and although I’m sure they are busy, make you feel like you’re their top priority.

It was a pleasure doing business with Shiloh at Project One Roofing. He gave a fair estimate for two different possibilities of repairing &/ replacing my roof. When doing the walk around it was noticed that there was another area of damage, and so Shiloh calculated a new estimate and spent time advising me in regard to my long term roof maintenance goals. I appreciate the baseline of integrity in each step of this process; clear communication, top notch follow through, client respect, and of course the end product of a beautifully working roof.

Shiloh Childress and his company Project One®Roofing were and are amazing. We had multiple layers of old shingle sloughing off our roof and they removed it all - HUGE mess of course (and they were even cautious of what we cared about that was right under the roofline). And despite all the inevitable mess it created, they left - completing it after just one day - even including the additional work - with no sign whatsoever that they had been there. Except of course a lovely new roof! (Completely new as they also had to install new decking as we had none!)AND there were unusual specifics about our situation that he was wonderful in accommodating us in.Amazing company, workers - and Mr Shiloh Childress himself!
