  I contacted Project One Roofing for roof inspection after hail storms in Feb. Of 2024. Dalton Munn was recommended by my grandson. Dalton came out and discovered the damages to a 7 year old roof. Our problem was not with this company … More but with the insurance co. we have. They flat did not want to pay. The sent numerous inspectors. Finally Dalton and an independent inspector were able to get insurance to realize damages. And pay minus deductible. A crew of 16 men came Nov. 6 and 7 and got the new roof on and cleaned up the horrible mess it makes replacing roofs as always. We had new posts installed and waiting on painter to paint them. So yes I would recommend Project One Roofing Company as they have stayed on this roof claim all year until it is finally done. Thank you Dalton. I went from black roof to a grey. Will be changing shutters as well. May paint them a grey color instead of the black.

  Dalton and Kyle and everyone @ Project One Roofing were great! While most of my neighbors had their roofs replaced due to hail storms from 2 years ago, my insurance company refused ours several times, telling us that we just had a better … More shingle than our neighbors. Dalton came out and inspected the roof, found more recent hail damage from a storm earlier in 2024, in addition to the older damage and had our roof approved for replacement by the insurance company in 3 days! Then Dalton worked with us to choose a color and the job was scheduled. On the first day of work we decided that the color we chose was not going to work for us. Kyle and Dalton were fantastic in working with us to get us the color that we liked and had it all corrected to our satisfaction, amazingly in just a few hours and we were back on track. Talk about going the extra mile for customer satisfaction is an understatement. The final result turned out great! The crew was great, and Kyle was always checking on things to be sure it was going smoothly and keeping us updated and informed if they found anything that we had not anticipated like old water leaks that had caused decking rot over and above what was normally expected. I had a few additional items that I wanted done and Kyle made sure it was done to my satisfaction. At the end Kyle and the crew made sure everything was clean and all the nails picked up. The next day Dalton and Kyle were back out to do a final inspection, answer any questions that we had and make sure all the trash was picked up. The new roof looks great and we can whole heartedly recommend Project One as a company to consider when needing a new roof. Thank you to Dalton, Kyle and Project One for a job well done!
